Barrel Project 3.0 – English Barleywine

On November 5th, all club members participating in Barrel Project 3.0 which was our English Barleywine got together to fill the Chattanooga Whiskey Barrel with 55 gallons of our fermented beer to age and gain the many characteristics of the char and oak.  To learn more about its progress and recipe used please check out our project page here.
